Downloadable / Uploadable Tax Organizer Form

First, complete the registration requirements (see instructions below). Registered users can view and save this handy organizer for use through the year. When it is complete, you can then upload all of your tax information to Taxminimizer.net and we will get to work on your return.

If you need to fill out a blank organizer, click on the PDF icon below under Blank Organizer, to view the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You'll be able to enter your information in the forms and save the form, and upload to our system by clicking below on 'Click Here to Upload Organizer'. If you'd rather fill in the form later, click on the save 'disk' icon below and you'll be prompted to save a copy to your computer. You can they fill the form out at your leisure and when you're ready, upload the file to our system.

Once you've registered, login with your new information at the top of the page and then click on the "Your Organizer" link that will appear in the left menu to access your own personalized Tax Organizer portion of taxminimizer.net.
